Auxiliary power supply (AWS) cabinets based on a contactor are a reliable solution that automatically switches power between the mains and the generator. The basic version operates via a control signal from the generator, allowing for ergonomic and proven operation. The extended version, with its own ComAp controller, allows for the operation of multiple AWS cabinets with a single generator and the construction of more complex automation systems. Upon request, the AWS can be manufactured in a four-pole version and adapted for outdoor installation.
