Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods without giving any reason. Please send the packaged product back to us together with the return form.
Goods made to individual order, according to the customer’s specifications, are not eligible for return.

Exchange
To exchange the purchased product for another, follow the return procedure (send the product back to us together with the return form). Then place and pay for a new, separate order with the new product.
Complaints
If the product you received has defects or damages, you can submit a complaint. Fill out the complaint form (available below) and send it to us together with the defective product. In the form, describe the problem with the product in detail and choose the type of compensation you wish to receive. We have 14 business days to verify your complaint from the date it is submitted. We will inform you about the progress of the process by email.
