GDPR and Cookies Policy

Dear Internet User,

In Mozilla Firefox

In the "Tools" menu, select "Options" and in them the "Privacy" tab.         
The browser gives you the option to select that you do not want to be tracked at all or to remove individual cookies of particular sites.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer

In the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options" and in them the "Privacy" tab.       
You can adjust the general level of privacy with a special slider or use the "Websites" button to manage the settings of individual websites.

In Google Chrome

In the menu hidden under three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the browser, select "Tools" and then "Clear browsing data...". In addition to the ability to clear cookies, there is a "More information” link, which leads to a detailed description of the browser's privacy functions.

In Opera

Use the "Opera" button in the upper left corner to open the menu and select "Settings" and then "Clear browsing history...".
In addition to the ability to delete the cookies, it also includes the "Manage cookies..." button leading to more advanced options for individual websites.

In Apple Safari

In the "Safari" menu, select "Preferences" and then the "Privacy" tab. There you will find many cookie options.
In mobile phones, tablets and other mobile devices.          
Each phone model can handle this feature in a different way. Therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy options in the documentation on the website of the manufacturer of your mobile device.

PERSONAL DATA:

The data controller is AKMEL Agregaty Prądotwórcze Sp. z o.o., based in Wola Mielecka 369C, 39-300 Mielec.

By contacting the Controller, you provide them with your personal data (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address). The legal basis for personal data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, which is taking actions to conclude an agreement for the provision of services offered by the Controller as part of their business activity and building positive relations with customers.

The www.akmel.eu website uses the Google Analytics plug-in – the so-called tracking code that indicates the age, gender, and location of website visitors and its traffic. The data obtained in this way is used only for statistical purposes. Personal data obtained in this way are stored for a period of 14 months. At any time, you can block the Google Analytic's JavaScript code by entering the link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and following the directions and instructions contained therein.

The Controller processes your personal data in a manner consistent with legal requirements, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), in particular it protects your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or damage.

The user's personal data is used by the Controller only for the purpose for which it was provided, i.e. for the purpose of contacting you (for the period of contact) and/or statistical purposes through the Google Analytics plug-in.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of contacting the User and/or statistical purposes of the Controller. Personal data made available to the Controller will not be transferred to third parties other than those indicated in this document without obtaining your prior separate consent.

The Controller also informs that at any time you have the right to data portability (to another controller or country – to the extend specified in Art. 20 of the GDPR), the right to access personal data and to data rectification (correction), the right to object the processing of data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The Controller informs that it does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data about you to third parties, unless with your express consent or at your request, or at the request of legally authorised state authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings.         
The website may also contain links to other websites not administered by the Controller, so they may not be liable for the content of these websites or for the degree of privacy protection provided by the administrators of these websites. The Controller also informs that this Policy applies only to www.akmel.eu and that after entering other websites, it is recommended that you read the relevant privacy policy before you share your personal data there. If you decide to go to such websites and visit them, remember that you do so at your own risk.

The data controller, which is Mr Piotr Dzieciuch, informs that the personal data provided will be used only for the purpose of contacting you for the period of contact. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, which is taking actions to conclude an agreement for the provision of services offered by the Controller, among others, on the basis of activities initiated through customer contact and building positive relations with customers.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for contact; personal data will not be transferred to third parties without obtaining your separate consent.

You have the right to data portability, the right to access personal data and to data rectification, the right to object the processing of data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
